BCB body results is based around achieving your goals, using Ben’s professional knowledge and tried and tested methods, with a fantastic proven track record for achieving the results his clients desire. All training is progressive and recorded with great attention to detail, each session is personalised to your requirements.

Ben also recommends other personal trainers sometimes as his schedule gets pretty full.

Ben has always had a keen interest in gym-based training and has found great pleasure in helping his clients achieve their goals. After representing his secondary school and college at most sports and competing in various sports clubs outside of his schooling Ben then went on to play basketball at Southampton Solent University. Currently he enjoys playing tennis, in addition to his gym training. Ben understands that people want to have a life as well as the body they desire so the key is to produce the best results, but also knowing people have a social life too.

When it comes to understanding the way different types of training effect the body Ben does a great deal of research in his spare time into new training techniques and methods which interest him, as constantly evolving to provide the best service possible is what he prides himself on.

BCB Body results is owned and run by Ben Brades. Ben is primarily based at Fitness First in Fratton, Portsmouth but also offers private sessions.

This multi-million pound, excellently equipped gymnasium contains over 70 cardio machines, a huge free weights area, and a brand new freestyle area containing the latest in fitness industry equipment. This includes power plates, kettlebells, suspension cables, viper bars and a kinesis machine. There is also free parking, a steam room and sauna together with excellent changing/showering facilities.

There are only a few quality personal trainers that know their stuff around, so sorting the good trainers from the poor can be a rather confusing process. Ben’s training process is based around an in depth knowledge of many different areas of training, with results that speak for themselves!

I am a keen participant in all areas of health and fitness and have the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. I currently have clients for whom I'm always willing to go the extra mile for. The improvements I've seen in peoples lives due to my guidance motivates me.
