I started training with Ben over 7 months ago and oh how I wish I had done it sooner. I was going to the gym regularly and thought that I was working hard but my body shape seem to change at all despite all the effort I put in. Since training with Ben, not only have I lost a stone in weight but I have also lost 7 inches in total from my hips waist and thighs and about 7% body fat.
Ben has changed the way that I look at exercise; he pushes me way beyond what I thought I was capable of. He consistently changes the sessions and introduces new exercises so it is never monotonous or boring. With Ben’s guidance and motivation I now have more energy and a far more toned body. Exercise has now become an enjoyable part of my life rather than a chore, I have even found myself going out for a run when I haven’t had time to get to the gym for a work out, something that I never would have ever attempted or desired to do a year ago.
I would highly recommend Ben he is extremely professional and very passionate about his work, which makes me know that I am in safe hands training with him.
